114. An-Nas

Mankind

قُلۡأَعُوذُبِرَبِّٱلنَّاسِ١

Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind,

مَلِكِٱلنَّاسِ٢

The Sovereign of mankind,

إِلَٰهِٱلنَّاسِ٣

The God of mankind,

مِنشَرِّٱلۡوَسۡوَاسِٱلۡخَنَّاسِ٤

From the evil of the retreating whisperer -

ٱلَّذِييُوَسۡوِسُفِيصُدُورِٱلنَّاسِ٥

Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind -

مِنَٱلۡجِنَّةِوَٱلنَّاسِ٦

From among the jinn and mankind."
